The House

The House Overlooking Moffat Lake

The house is a traditional farmhouse of more than 100 years overlooking secluded Moffat Lake. It has three bedrooms (+), large open family areas and scenic country views out of every window. Three years ago the original house windows were replaced and a geothermal heating system was installed, as well as a water treatment system. It is a comfortable year round residence in a remarkably private setting, yet only an hour's drive from downtown Ottawa.
